Excluding delivery areas, such as international express, how to deliver after purchase? How much is the cost and who will bear it?

If your delivery address is in another country, we recommend that you search for our name on Amazon and find our store to buy it. If you want to use international freight to your address, please contact our customer service staff, and we will further determine the freight situation;

How long does it take to process orders and shipments?

3-7 working days. ( Note: The delivery time of pre-sale products is subject to the arrival time.)

Which freight company completes the freight of the order? If other shipments are needed, how and how to determine the price?

Amazon, as our logistics partner, delivers IWALK products. They will choose the carrier they think is best for our customers.

If you buy multiple products, will they be shipped at the same time?

We try our best to ensure that all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes, our products are not always sent together, because different shipping options can be used depending on the product. After the goods are shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

How long before delivery, you can contact customer service to modify the order information and replace the product. How to change?

Unfortunately, once the product is shipped, we can’t change the shipping method, but you can cancel the order within 60 minutes and reorder it with accurate details.

If the customer cancels the order more than 1 hour after placing the order, the customer must bear any applicable return freight.

If the package is lost or cannot be picked up due to the wrong address provided by the customer, the loss shall be borne by the customer. iWALK will not replace the order or refund it.

U.S. packages usually arrive at their destination within 3-7 working days, but sometimes take longer. Orders placed after 10 a.m. Pacific time may take +1 day to process. For example, orders placed after 10 a.m. on Friday may not be processed and shipped until next Monday. It takes about 3 days in other regions.

We provide free delivery service for all orders.

Track your package

The shipping information will be sent to you by email, and you can check the shipping status of your order through the link in the email.

Shipment confirmation

After printing the shipping label, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Tracking information may take up to 12 hours to be provided.

iWALK is not responsible for any items damaged or lost during transportation.
